1. 채용 포지션

【 포지션 : Field Application Specialist - Cell Health 】

▶ POSITION SUMMARY
- In this role, you will be based in Korea. Through international travel & site visits you will support ValitaCell’s Quantum technology customers, promote sales, and drive market development using your application expertise to perform field demonstrations, conduct seminars, and deliver conference presentations. You will act as a technical lead in a collaborative effort with our sales team and channel partners, driving market development, and acting as the voice of the customer in feeding customer needs into our research and development programme. You will also act as applications support for customers, sales and channel partners, and help them how to use ValitaCell’s Quantum technology.
- You are passionate about science and helping scientists around the world accelerate the development of life-saving medicines. We are looking for an enthusiastic, inspired, skilled individual to join our multi-disciplinary team.

▶ 주요업무 (상세내용은 영문 Key Responsibilities 를 참고하시기 바랍니다.)
- Beckman Coulter Life Sciences의 ValitaCell 제품에 대한 Field Application (기술지원)을 한국을 포함하여 동남아시아 (SEA), 호주, 뉴질랜드, 홍콩, 대만, 인도 지역에 대해서 직접 방문 또는 원격으로 지원합니다.
- ValitaCell 제품에 대해서 고객 방문 또는 원격으로 제품시연 (Demo) 및 전문적인 제품 소개 프리젠테이션을 수행하여 영업팀을 지원합니다.
- ValitaCell 제품을 구매한 고객이 제품을 효과적으로 사용할 수 있도록 사용자 교육을 제공하며, 지속적으로 원격 또는 고객 방문을 통하여 사용자에게 기술지원을 제공합니다.
- 전문적인 기술 상담을 제공하고, 새로운 제품 수요를 창출하고, 제품 판매를 지원하며, 사용자의 제품 활용도를 높이고, 제품 인지도 향상을 위해서 사용자 및 잠재 고객을 방문합니다.
- 마케팅팀과 협력하여 제품 홍보를 위한 마케팅활동시 기술지원을 제공하고 전문적인 자료를 준비하여 제공합니다.
- 세미나, 전시회, 컨퍼런스에 참석하여 ValitaCell 제품을 홍보합니다.
- 고객의 제품에 대한 Feedback, 경쟁업체의 기술동향 등을 파악하여 Report 합니다.
- 기타 ValitaCell 과 관련된 전문적인 기술업무를 지원합니다.

▶ Key Responsibilities
- Works directly with the commercial team, reporting to the Field Marketing Leader, as a technical lead for Quantum customers.
- Assist customers in efficiently onboarding ValitaCell’s Quantum technology.
- Supporting SEA, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Taiwan and India
- Provide technical support for end users via remote or onsite troubleshooting.
- Travel to customers in the Region and prospects to provide technical consultation, create new demand, assist with sales, increase customer utilization, expand customer networks and increase awareness.
- Interact with distributors to plan and perform product demonstrations, training and presentations at distributor sites or remotely.
- Interact with marketing as the main technical lead for marketing activities. Assist in the creation of marketing, scientific and product-relevant material for prospective and existing customers.
- Feedback information from demonstrations to commercial and R&D for further product improvements.
- Feedback to commercial & R&D on competitor activities.
- Promote solutions through participation in technical conferences, trade shows, publications, seminars, and symposiums.
- Keep up to date with the scientific community and track major technical/application trends to support improvements in product positioning, selling strategies, and product/workflow development.
- Report field activities and trends back through written reports and regular meetings.
- Present at internal company meetings and to partners as required.

▶ Qualification & Skills Required
- BSc in Biotechnology/Analytical instrumentation or related discipline. [MSc and PhD are advantageous]
- At least 3-year hands-on customer facing experience in sales or field applications.
- Knowledge and/or experience in the development and manufacture of biological drug
- Experience optimizing and troubleshooting plate readers measuring plate-based fluorescence intensity and fluorescence polarization from multi well plates is desirable.
- Hands-on experience with cell based and protein analytical technologies & assay development (e.g. cell viability, protein titer, protein aggregaton etc.) is desirable.
- Strong skill set in relationship building.
- Willingness to travel to customers, distributors & conferences
- 50~70% travelling, depending on the requirements.
- Strong excel, data analysis & analytical skills and statistics knowledge is essential.
- Flexible, able to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced & demanding environment.
- Able to take ownership of a given assignment, proactively consulting other team members and other department representatives for information or guidance, as necessary.
- Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing.
